Tuition Policy

Tuition is based on one full season (Sept - June), divided into 10 monthly payments with the addition of a pro-rated 2-week session in August. Registration fees are due upon enrollment and the first tuition payment is due Monday, August 19th. Future monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month beginning in September. Although the number of classes may vary per month, the monthly fee remains constant and is based on the annual tuition amount. Please note that because tuition is based on a yearly cost, there is no pro-rating for shorter months. Tuition balances that are unpaid after the 5th of the month will incur a non-refundable $20 late fee. Tuition balances that are unpaid after 30 days will incur an additional $100 late fee.

Make-up Classes

In the event of missed class, a make-up class may be taken that matches the dancers age and level.  Make up classes must be scheduled online in advanced and may only be taken in a class that is not currently full.  If all classes are full for your students age group we can not accommodate a make up class.  No credit will be given for missed classes except under extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of the Director.

Dropping A Class

A two-week notice is required for dropping a class and all drop requests must be submitted by email. If the request is not submitted by email, we cannot guarantee that tuition will not be charged. Once tuition is paid it is non-refundable, even in the event of a withdraw for any reason.
